    As a low-cost in-home senior care franchise with no need for large retail space, loads of office equipment or hundreds of square feet of warehouse space, you will benefit from an accelerated start-up process, spending the majority of your time in your own market, working alongside our experienced company owners as they walk you through how to run your business.

    The Your Choice Senior Care Franchise Support Process

    Following the completion of your franchise agreement we begin the process of helping you establish Your Choice Senior Care as the best in-home senior care in your city.

    Home Office Training

    You’ll spend 3 to 4 days at our headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama, where you’ll learn how to use our systems and how they work together to increase the efficiency of your day-to-day operations.

    During this time you will be specifically trained on:

    Scheduling software training, set-up, integration with other systems

    ^

    Financial systems set-up, integration and recommended usage

    ^

    Communication systems set-up, integration and usage to improve efficiency

    In Market Training

    Our owners come to you.

    Three weeks of intensive, instructive, hands-on training in your market, working through what it looks like to run your own home care franchise, from everyday operations to business growth processes and personnel recruitment.

    During this time you will be specifically trained on:
